IACC
Is a not-for-profit, facilities-based organization whose mission is to assist members in providing the most productive meeting facilities around the world. These facilities represent the highest-quality venues available to meeting professionals on a global basis.
IACC is also organized to provide and promote market awareness of conference centers as offering separate, distinct and special places and services; to collect and distribute information on the industry and its trends; to provide an exchange of experiences among its members; to address common problems, needs and opportunities; to provide programs and services that assist members in operating more effectively; and to respond to the needs and interests of conference center users as determined by the Board of Directors.
MPI
Founded in 1972, MPI is the association for the global meetings industry. It is committed to delivering success for its 22,000 members in 65 Countries by providing innovative professional development, generating industry awareness and creating business development opportunities. Its mission is to build a rich global meeting industry community and make the members successful by building human connections to:

The mission of the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce is to improve and protect the business climate and quality of life in the Flagstaff area by being an advocate for business, a community partner and business resource.

HSMAI
Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International is a global organization of sales and marketing professionals which represents all segments of the hospitality industry. With a strong focus on education, HSMAI has become the industry champion in identifying and communicating trends in the hospitality industry while operating as a leading voice for both hospitality and sales and marketing management disciplines, as well as connecting its members with customers. Founded in 1927, HSMAI is an individual membership organization comprised of nearly 7,000 members from 35 countries and chapters worldwide.
AzSAE
The Arizona Society of Association Executives is the organization for professionals engaged in the management of voluntary trade, professional and charitable organizations in Arizona. Founded in 1962, AzSAE represents over 170 organizations and membership also includes 130 companies that provide services or products to associations.
ASTD
American Society for Training & Development is the world's largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. ASTD's members come from more than 100 countries and connect locally in almost 140 U.S. chapters and 25 Global Networks.
