  • Do you have an area for team building?

    High Country’s Peaks Ballroom can offer you up to 10,400 square feet of floor space to accommodate even the largest of team building exercises without the threat of inclement weather.

  • Do you have guest rooms?

    The Conference Center presently has a partnership with local hotels within close proximity to the Center. High Country is also connected to a 160 room hotel via a Sky-Walk bridge. This partnership allows us to meet all of your needs and provide you with the dedicated space required for your meeting.

  • Do you have high speed internet access?

    The HCCC Flagstaff provides wireless High speed Internet throughout our facility including the meeting rooms.

  • Do you rent your meeting rooms by the half day?

    Yes, the HCCC Flagstaff provides a Complete Meeting Package as well as a Partial Meeting Package to suit the needs of the customer.

  • How do you compare yourself to the local hotels?

    Our meeting space is Flexible with Folding Air-Walls and several layouts available to fit your meeting perfectly. Ergonomic 8 hour chairs provide for a successful learning experience and all your AV needs are covered with built in screens, overhead projectors and interactive surfaces in our smaller rooms. High Country provides a Complete Meeting Package which includes Continental Breakfast, continuous Starbucks coffee service, luncheon buffet and sweet and salty snacks for the afternoon break session. Service is what we do best, and our customers are our focus.

  • How far out, time wise are you able to book meeting rooms?

    The Conference Center allows for us to book events within your timeline based upon availability.
